How do I cancel/reschedule an appointment?

  1. Go to your email inbox and open the original email confirmation you received when you booked your appointment. 
  2. Click the “Cancel” or “Reschedule” button within the confirmation or reminder email and follow the prompts. 
  3. If you are unable to locate the email, please text or call Melissa to cancel or reschedule your appointment: 615-945-4431. 

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours or more before your appointment to avoid deposits for future bookings. See Appointment and Cancellation Policy for details.

Which forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, Personal Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Android Pay.
