Do you take walk-ins?

Services are available by appointment only. In order to better serve existing clientele, Melissa is not accepting new clients/referrals at this time.

Which forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, Personal Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.

How do I cancel/reschedule an appointment?

To cancel or reschedule an appointment that you have booked online, go to your email inbox and open the original email confirmation you received when you booked your appointment. Click the “Cancel Appointment” or “Reschedule Appointment” button within the confirmation or reminder email and follow the prompts. If you are unable to locate the email, please text or call Melissa to cancel or reschedule your appointment: 615-945-4431
