Please understand that when you book an appointment, that time slot is reserved just for you. If you forget your Appt or cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, the Hair Studio loses the opportunity to fill that time slot and clients trying to make an Appt lose the opportunity to receive services.
YOU MAY CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE UP TO 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPT TIME.
Less than 24 hours notice is a Late Cancellation.
- After Two Late Cancellations/Reschedules/No-Shows within a calendar year, a 50% nonrefundable deposit (Min.$15/Max.$60) will be required to reserve each future Appt for the rest of the year. Late Cancellations and Late Reschedules due to severe weather are an exception to this policy.
Non-Refundable Deposit
- Deposit will be applied toward payment for your next appt or forfeit your deposit due to No-Show/Late Cancellation.
- Deposit may be paid by placing a Credit Card on File so you may book appts online, or by Cash or Credit if you book in-Salon. Deposits are due at the time of each booking.
Late Cancellation/Late Reschedule
- Less than 24 hours notice. Please call 615-945-4431 and leave a message. The online scheduling system will not accept cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
No Show
- You don’t show up or you are more than 10 min late and your Appt must be canceled so other clients receive services on time or the Studio can close on time.
- Please call or text Melissa if you’re running late. You will be given a 10 minute grace period. After that time, you will be considered a “No-Show”, your appointment will be canceled, and you may reschedule your appt, subject to the Cancellation Policy.
- After Three No-Shows within a calendar year, booking a new appointment will be subject to manager approval.
